Cannot Access Dev Console to reload Scripts

Featured Replies

Hello, I'm trying to get the dev console up so I can reload my scripts, But when I press ` (Or ~) It's not working. Is their any other command I can use to get the dev console?

Do you have the most recent Scripthook installed? Or the latest GTA IV Patch(1.0.7.0).

I think that in your config file that the key to open the console is mapped to a different key instead of ` or ~

IDK what I was thinking, but I can't find it either O.o I don't think there's one...can someone else confirm this for me? LOL, thanks in advance!

It's part of scripthook, the mod that LCPDFR and other mods require to run. The only explanation I can think of is something with your specific keyboard/settings. I don't think scripthook has a config file.

I'm using the one that came with LCPDFR. Would it be I need more RAM? I think I'm getting some tomorrow.

Nope RAM won't affect it. It's possible that you have a different key to open the console. I had it before, sometimes it's the key next to the number 1, and sometimes the same button as the @ sign.
