Computer and Graphics Cards

Hello everyone,

After watching some videos on Youtube of LCPDFR I became absolutely fascinated and almost obsessed with the mod. I have finally saved up enough money to buy a powerful gaming computer but I am concerned about buying the right one. I am planning on buying from cyberpower and the Intel Black Pearl is high on my list. If I put a AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB 16X in it along with a i7 3820 Quad-Core 3.60 GHz processor and 8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1600MHz Quad Channel Memory should this be okay to run the game on decent settings?

An i7, 8gb of ram and 2gb of video memory? And you're not sure if you can run a game that's 4 years old?

Recommended specs for the game are 2.4ghz quad core processor, 2gb RAM and 512MB vram. The LCPDFR mod will not add a significant load onto those specs. Maybe if you intend on running lots of car mods and graphics mods the game will require more resources but that system should be more than enough.

People blow far too much money on hardware these days that is never used to its full potential.
