I'm not sure where I should have posted this. But I'm curious why LSPDFR doesn't ever need to be updated for the latest RPH. I'm not asking for any new additions to the base mod, as others modders have that pretty much covered. It's just the base mod has some problems, like after a while you cant blip a vehicle for a traffic stop. Or cant stop a ped on the street  sometimes, so the only way is to stop them at gunpoint. Not sure if this has anything to do with RPH at all.  Please understand I'm not trying to start some type of complaining thread. I was just curious as other RPH mods needs to be updated as a new version of RPH comes out. Thanks again Sam for your hard work and all the other modders out there. Without you guys there would be no reason I have hundreds of hours logged playing GTA V.

LSPDFR will work fine with the latest version of RPH, It doesn't need updating at all.

Mostly because some plugin developers artificially limit the versions of RPH they can run on.

It also helps to have an RPH developer on our team (LMS) -- means that a lot of functionality that LSPDFR depends on is never changed in any breaking way.

1. It's an issue in internal GTA V game engine. After a while, the ped drivers may not be rendered in certain distance, which makes traffic stop blip (SHIFT key) doesn't work because it needs to detect a ped driver on the car seat. The temporary solution for this problem is to open RPH console (F4) and type "CleanWorld", or just restart your GTA V.

 

2. This is a know issue. Sometimes people can do it again (stopping ped by holding E) after stopping the ped at gunpoint.
