Basically my question is what do I do with this? The only Xlive.dll file I have is the games for windows one found in my System32 and I don't know if I should delete it or what. I have Dsound installed in my GTA 4.

Installing xliveless will fix it. Although you won't be able to use multiplayer.

Having two Asi Loaders in the same directory will most likely create them both to conflict with each other and make LCPDFR bug out, so I wouldn't suggest it.

Delete dsound, replace with xliveless.

Contrary to what people have been saying, I actually have ASI mods running great when both ASI loaders (dsound.dll and xlive.dll) are installed. I understand that they do essentially the same thing, but I've tested using one or the other, then both, and found that using both actually and usually creates a more stable experience when running a game full of mods. This is just my observations though, and may not be the case for everyone. However, I've tried this on multiple computers with the same result. So I think it is alright to have both, but if you want, you can just go with xlive.dll. Just my two cents.
