I have Dsound as well, that won't affect anything by having both will it?

I've already done most of the work and found out that it's caused by Xlive. Basically my question is what do I do with this? The only Xlive.dll file I have is the games for windows one found in my System32 and I don't know if I should delete it or what. I have Dsound installed in my GTA 4.
