    I have it installed on EFLC not GTA IV. I'm trying to install it to regular GTA IV now and I have tried re-installing the framework.

    Well I've went through all the help and the first time I installed it it went in perfectly to my EFLC folder, now any time I try to install I get this error. Any ideas on how to fix this?
