I just got GTA V on a disc and it is almost finished installing. I got the game purely for LSPDFR, but I don't think I can actually install it on a disc copy, so can someone tell me what I can do to get LSPDFR?

Where did you hear that? It works on retail copies just fine.

Okay, so the installation guide only has it for the steam, is there one for retail, and if so, can you link it?

It's the exact same. "Once LSPDFR has been downloaded, the simplest way to install it is by extracting the files into your Grand Theft Auto V folder." The image showing a Steam folder is just an example.
