ELS vehicle but not using ELS script

can I install a ELS supported vehicle and NOT have to use ELS???  I like all the newer version of some cars but I really dont want to have to hassle with ELS stuff. So can I use a ELS enabled/supported vehicle without the ELS script??

 

 

 

 

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODS..THEY'RE CALLED READMEs   AKA read me for a reason

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.

    not really...if you put an ELS vehicle in, it wont have lights...it may only have flashing tail lights and the base siren...thats it

    If ELS is not in an ELS car uses "Extras" to create the flash pattern with the lights. Instead it would be used as a vehicle component instead if you don't have ELS installed 

     

    (Example the Coffee/Soda cup, Cell phone holder, ash tray in Rockstar vehicles are extras and spawn randomly in vehicles. Instead you would have lights spawning randomly.

    I felt exactly like you did when ELS first came out. It seems intense but it's actually pretty easy to use once you take the time to figure it out. One thing I def recommend is customizing the keybindings to something that is easy for you to remember. For example I have NumPad0 as my "turn off siren sound when out of vehicle" button instead of "G" by default.
