Error code EX0 when attempting to access a mod page

Featured Replies

Hi, I looked for similar issues that have been resolved under this thread, but I haven't found any step-by-steps or processes in which I can fix it. So essentially, I try to access the HeroCop mod, and every time I reach the page it displays the following:

AMNwkJI.png

Is it something on my side I need to fix (and if so how do I go about doing that)? Or is it something a site admin has to go in and change on my profile etc...?

Thanks :)

Some additional Info:

1)

Once I reach the page, it displays the picture in the original post & tab reads: "A configuration or server error has occurred"

Not which is which, and if it is a config issue is it something that has been configured incorrectly on my end?

2)

This is the only mod I have encountered the issue with.
