The cars  you can select in stock LSPDFR are way too slow to catch anyone. is there an easy way to edit handling in this version of GTA? I had sparkIV an was quite good at edit handling lines in GTAIV.

Now Im using Enhancer's cars by spawning them- the interceptor an FIB Buffalo it spawns are waayyy faster than the ones in LSPDFR

uggghhh no more mods man, what yall use to open edit handling an add cars etc

Just enable the engine/torque multiplier in simple trainer (I forget the exact label). That is what I have always used and it makes as much or little of a difference as you wish depending on the value you set it to.

Im old fashioned, I learned all the handling line parameters back on GTAIV, I still have installed an all modded out w/trainer an cars etc.. fun rampages w/female bodyguards ;>. even have 3 real racing game tracks, Laguna, Norisring, an fav- Ambush Canyon from Shift 2. by imtaj.

I haven't added cars here in V yet, u have to get OpenIV from Russia, an Im afraid to d/l it. Used SparkIV all my life-

 But as far as this game HAS for cop cars, they alright..but, I use the ones from LSPDFR Enhancer u spawn the interceptor an the FBI cars really haul compared to the ones come in Game. I suppose Ill have to lern to install some, I want the Hellcat, an Ford Explorer cop versios. Im happy with ped cars in game though.
