Alright..  So I am trying to install this mod and open it with mod manager. I put it in a folder and also put RPH in there as well. Every time I try to start the game using the mod manager with lspdfr checked I get an error 115 saying that the game couldn't connect to steam. Help me if you can. Thanks

What mod are you trying to install? Are you trying to mod or actually play LSPDFR?

No im using mod manager. But I have a folder inside that with LSPDFR and rage inside too

Mod Manager is nothing to do with us. Launch the game using RAGEPluginHook.exe.

Ok but do you know if there's any way to do it with mod manager. If not thanks for the help I appreciate it.

launch the game using ragepluginhook.exe

ModManager is not really compatible. RPH isn't a mod as such, it's a separate application that hooks into the gta process.
