Looks good to me, might just be a random crash.

I'm no good at reading log files but try this. Remove all the callout plugins you have and then run the game, does it still crash? If not, add your callous back in one or two at a time until you can narrow the plugins down to find the one that's making your game crash.  
 
If the game crashes with no callout plugins installed, it may be a script issue so so the same with those. Remove them and add them back in one by one.

You can still play LSPDFR, it's not dead.  If you check the mods section there are a lot of mods still uploaded and managed.  Also, remember, LCPDFR is old as hell, yet people still play it.  (Granted, the modding community has essentially dwindled).  Still install LSPDFR, it'll be worth it! :)
 
 
Unless I'm out of the loop, Traffic Policer isn't compatible because he hasn't updated it.  It has nothing to do with LSPDFR itself.  While I can't speak on behalf of LSPDFR updates, the mod is far from dead.  There is still a large number of users playing it, which includes new people daily.

Also, you're not supposed to edit the vanilla files.  Always use a mods folder - http://openiv.com/?p=1132

Totally agree with Original Light, theres probably no software out there that will make your PC run faster, its all about your specs, so CPU, GPU,RAM,etc etc, just out curiosity, whats your current system specs?

You're welcome. :)  I wouldn't say it conflicts, as your trainer gives you several options such as god mode and what not.  The trainers were not built with Rage in mind, they were built with "this person might want to play the game a different way". :P

Double check all of your trainers.  Make sure "police ignore player", "player is ignored", etc is not enabled.

Upgrade your components, that's really the only way to increase your speed in games.
 
I don't really tend to like the "snake oil" software that tend to claim they will legitimately make your PC faster. As long as you don't have any viruses, and defragment your drive every once in a while, you generally wont see a huge improvement with any software.

The process to replace the cars is exactly the same, just in different folders.

If you still have no clue on how to install cars after reading those two guides (that were on top of the support subforum page), come back on this thread and say specifically what you cannot do. Otherwise no one can help you.

Mod Manager is nothing to do with us. Launch the game using RAGEPluginHook.exe.

no errors or anything just it wont load period. I upgraded to Windows 10 throughout the night and I am going to try that first. If not I will look over Albo1125's guide
