Few Questions About the Fuel Mods

Featured Replies

Hi. I have patch 1.0.7.0 and I have a few questions about the fuel mods:

GK FUEL MOD:

1: Whenever I start it says there is an error and does not work. Why?

Simple Fuel Mod:

1: What happens if I run out of gas and there are no near cars? I don't want to spawn another.

Thanks. That's it. Thanks, again, for your helpfulness and spending your time helping me.

1: Your kidding right? How have other people got it to work?

2: Dammit. There isn't a way to refuel like in the GK mod?

I need to know how to script. Once I can do that, I'll make the best damn fuel mod ever.

Oh yeah, I'll give you +1 tomorrow, I hit my quota for today.

1.I'm not.The answer for this question is- Sometimes I see YT vids where people with pathetic PCs are using ELS v6 (AI enabled) flawlessly.I have an i7 machine and everything which can run heavy games for the next 4 years easily, yet cannot run ELS v6 for more than 3-4 mins. with AI disabled.

IV...is a mysterious game. You never know what'll work on your rig and what won't.So just by telling from the vids that it'll work is a nonsense idea. Its always safe to assume that a specific mod will always crash your pc until you've tried it yourself successfully.

2.What I personally do is....keep an eye on my gauge.Thats what you do in real life, doncha? I prefer realism.Dunno about you.

gta IV is indeed an unpredictable game.i used simple fuel mod with patch 1.0.7.0 with absolutely no problem just a couple of weeks ago.but after a fresh installation its crashing regularly, when i spawn a car or hijack one. then the fuel gauge remains on the screen even if i am not in a car.as if when the gauge becomes empty i will stop walking due to absence of fuel.LOL

Have you considered trying that? lol Try sprinting all around Liberty City for a while and see what happens. I'd die laughing if that were the case.

It does crash, indeed. On my EFLC.Says error in script after a short while and just stops appearing after I die and go to hospital or get busted and go to police station.

Oh, and what if you get into a taxi and have it drive you around instead? I wonder if that drains your fuel gage. lol

I spawned a driver with the trainer, and it used gas...
