i feel you, since the new update i lost my really good pack i was using since it no longer compatible with the new game, shoot me a link if you have any ideas

I mix my setting with different mods. I use https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/darker-nights-gta-v, But read the read me file and download the other files for this enb.

I use the Graphic.ytd and lightsetting.ytd from this mod called 

 Improved Spotlight and LED

And my Carlos from this mod 

 Improved Spotlight and LED

I also just installed this 

Make Visuals Great Again! 1.8

 

But i use all other files i list above with this make visual great again .

thank you, the make visuals great again, was giving me an error with the white lighting coming trough walls,  or for example, indoor lamps were very bright, i will look into this again , thank you. i did like the better visuals. i had used this in my earlier mod too.

Yes it does for me too, Thats why i replaced some files with other mods i gave you

Beta tested LSPDFR in COOP Mode using this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/multiplayer-co-op-mod , seems to work as long as we dont get close to each other in game then everything gets very laggy.

Candice go into your ELS ini and change your setting to this to stop the suspect vehicle from driving aimless like that white car did in this vid. It's a glitch:

[ GENERAL ]

ElsActiveOnAi = true
ElsTrafCtrlOn = false<<< Make this false

That will stop the suspect car from driving straight until it crashs when you change your lights during a traffic stop.

 

 

This video is on the coop server, i hosted a server as well as joined, performed traffic stops and used the call outs and plugins in the game, however other players uniforms didn't show if they were using a mod or pack that i didn't have installed already.
