Question about traffic behavior

Hi. I have noticed, that AI drivers behave completely different when the LSPDFR is on, you're on duty and driving the police car. They never try to go around you even if you stopped in the middle of the road. Also, on red light, they stop right behind you, straight and nicely, not like in the vanilla game. I guess, it is somehow linked to the traffic stops feature, but anyway, I wonder what script is it, and is it possible to make this script as an independent mod. Since driving part of the gameplay is my favorite and is very important for me.

Have you tried my "Clear The Way" script?

 

I have no idea if that is what you are referring to but what you described does sound similar to what my script does.

My plugins by me are on this site in addition to my own site as well.

These mods work great for making people move over when you're flying up behind them, but when you make a traffic stop in a tight area, traffic will queue up behind you or just crash into each other instead of just going around you.

 

Now, I've sat out on this run road radaring and I watched a truck hit a bunny rabbit.  This rabbit laid dead in the middle of the road and every single car that came down WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY to go around this roadkill.

 

We NEED something that applies that same logic to a stopped police car with it's lights on (driver in or out of the vehicle).

Looks like I figured it out.. It is not linked to the LSPDFR, but to a Rage Plugin Hook mod. Because I tried a TrashMaster mod and it has same thing: if you go on duty and take the truck - everyone in traffic behave the same.  Could anyone please explain that? AI is REALLY, like REALLY better with this!
