Singleplayer/Non LSPDFR: Only Police3 Responds

When I am playing regular o'l story mode and I get a wanted level, only Police3 and NOoSE will respond if I am in the city. Is it a problem? Not really, I just would prefer other units to respond, and I'd also like to know why only Police3 will respond. 

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?

    Why does only Police3 respond? Because Rockstar was dense enough to create loads of police vehicles just to ignore them completely in-game.
    How to fix it? Use any of these... :

    I should probably include that this started happening after I installed Thehurk's F350. Also, can RDE be used with LSPDFR?

    Yes, it can. You just have to download the LSPDFR addon for RDE or at least configure your backup.xml so that the added cars spawn.

    Also, take FiveStarResponse out of the scripts folder, it will crash your game as it'll conflict LSPDFR's backup.
