It would be cool to actually be able to write tickets. Traffic Policer's ticket reasons is cool, but it would be cool to be able to write the names and addresses, offense fine cost all of that into a citation similar to ticket time in LCPDFR but more immersive. Anyone know if something like this already exists? I looked through the downloads section and did not find anything like that.

no but you could ask the author of ticket time for lcpdfr @FinKone if he would be willing to port it to gta v for everyone else to enjoy or give permission for other developers to port it over to gta v with credits that the original script is by finkone and this is just ported over to gta v.

I have already asked FinKone personally if he would create a plugin like this, but he had to deny due to the fact of how busy his life was.

The thing to do would be to look for another author to create this plugin.

No, the thing to do would be to create it yourself! I've created plenty of resources for you to learn how to create plugins:

I've also created a video series showing you the basics (link is in the guide).

As for me personally, this isn't very high on my priority list.

I would create it but don't know where to start to create a plugin like this but I could try I guess.

I mean I guess it wouldn't be hard to look over his gta iv code and see how he did it in gta iv and try to translate that to gta v & ragehook.

Wow.  You got me there Albo1125.  Wasn't expecting that response but your right, make it yourself.  I'm gonna have to look at the links you provided and hopefully one day I'll make a plugin.
