I am having an issue with ELS as well, except I can hear the beeps. It was working fine for me and now all of a sudden it does not. Looks like we have 2 separate issues.

I wondered about breaking something. The 1060 was a bear to remove. Turns out it was caught on one of the screws for one of those pci delete plates on the case so pretty sure all the force that I was putting was going on the screw not the slot. It's so random and rare that it's hard to replicate. I have pulled the card out before. I reseated the ram and the problem was gone for 8 days till it came back and I had to power cycle it 3 times for it to finally post.

I have had my build now for nearly a month. I went with the Gigabyte Z170X Gaming 3 as my motherboard. I had a GTX 1060 6GB in it for about a week and all was well. I decided for the small difference in price that I would go with the GTX 1070 and so I did. Ever since then, I have been getting random no posts at startup. Its rarer than not but still. Ever since I swapped it out. Happened that day. My case speaker makes no beeps or anything the computer just sits there spinning the fans. No power to usb either. I read one post about gigabyte motherboards having issues with card with high amounts of VRAM and I believe that the GTX 1070's 8GB probably falls into the high category. Any one else experience this? I have 3 days to return it trying to make up my mind.

It would be cool to actually be able to write tickets. Traffic Policer's ticket reasons is cool, but it would be cool to be able to write the names and addresses, offense fine cost all of that into a citation similar to ticket time in LCPDFR but more immersive. Anyone know if something like this already exists? I looked through the downloads section and did not find anything like that.

A handheld radar would be cool too. Thats right I had a handheld radar in LCPDFR but every time I checked speed it would be like shooting the gun and people would run. I personally prefer laser to radar because of its ability to be more accurate, hence I suggested laser rather than radar. I already have a Constant on radar with the Passive Radar mod which I like alot.

Anybody else want a handheld laser? This would be so cool to be able to step out of your car and aim at vehicles like in lcpdfr. Also does anyone know why no one really speeds on every other road but highways? Thanks.

Looks cool, if I might add a suggestion, the cars dont say highway patrol on the side. They say STATE TROOPER on the fenders.I live in Florida see them everyday. -

Lol guys the GTX 590 is a dual GPU card. Running 2 GTX 590s in SLI is conisdered Quad SLI because its a dual GPU card.

Hey guys, I currently have a GTX 590 graphics card. I just acquired another one just like it that a friend of mine was nice enough to gift me after helping him build his new rig. I want to run them in SLI but I have the PSU bottle neck. Ive been reading around and its recommended to have AT LEAST 1200 Watts for this Quad SLI configuration I want to do. My question is, do I spend $200 on a new 1250 Watt PSU and run quad SLI with all of my other specs unchanged, or do I just build a new rig for $700? My current specs: Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66 @ 3.08 GHz, 8GB of DDR3-1333, GTX 590, 850 Watt PSU, Intel DX38BT motherboard So should I spend $200 and add another GTX 590 to this rig? Or build this proposed computer for $700? Core i5 4690K 3.5 GHz GTX 960 4GB MSI DDR4 Z170 Krait Gaming Motherboard Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB DDR4-2133 MHz Thanks guys!

Oh ok. Well I guess now that is a moot point as the game doesnt launch anyway because of the update. Ill try all of this over again when I can actually play.

I did that on a previous installation of GTA 5 but couldnt get LSPDFR to work anymore so I had to use my backup and start over.
