LCPD:FR policecomputer background.

Featured Replies

I changed the Policecomputer background and put it back in GTAIV. But when i start LCPD:FR and use the computer it turns back to the original background. The navy blue with the lcpd badge and such. Where do i change it so i can use my custom background with LCPD:FR? i changed it ordinary with Spark IV/Textures/Policecomputer.wtf. Hope one of the creators or creator (Dont know how many people who made this) can answer this.

  • Copy a background (can be PNG/JPG) and rename it PoliceBG (without file extension). Then place it in /Scripts/LCPDFR/ inside your GTA directory.

Sorry about the mistake. But you understood what i ment. :-p

Nah! I was just trolling. But I don't think you would be able to change the background.Unless you're talking about the "non-lcpd:fr" one.LCPD:FR uses its own which is hardcoded in the engine,IMO.While not on duty, check and you'll find your modded screen there.

Didnt work. i placed it in Scripts/LCPDFR. named it PoliceBG as you said. It is in the same folder as the file Audio. GUID and Installedversion. Tried with PNG. JPG and both together. Maybe wrong place?

uuumm.....how?

Make sure your folder options show all extensions (even known ones), you can change this setting in your Control Panel. Then, rename the file to "PoliceBG", remove either ".png" or ".jpg" and you're done!
