I am very new to all of this and I have been reading a lot of README.txt files and watching lots of youtube videos, but ever time i replace the police2 files and go in game the 2012 Charger isn't there. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?

Are you sure you installed it into the correct place? Police2 goes into (mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/cehicles.rpf. Also, if you are using OpenIV, make sure that the 'Edit Mode' is on.

Alternatively, you can install all the car mods that are replacing the vanilla police slots in the latest patch files, which is patchday9ng at the moment.

@Dragonzuke I am using OpenIV with it's edit mode. Also when I click on the .yft file it shows me the 2012 Charger I put in, But its still not in my game.

Are you making sure that it is in the right place? Or you can just do what Hystery said and place it in /update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday9ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/cehicles.rpf

@DragonzukeI have attached a screenshot. I am pretty sure that its in the right spot but you can double check.

That looks to be the correct spot. Just double check that one of the other patchdays aren't overriding that model.

If there are other police2 files in the other patchdays, then you need to change those. But there shouldn't be anything related to police2 in any other patchday without you changing something.

@DragonzukeOk I replaced all the police2 files I could find within the patchday files. I am going to start up the game, check it and then get back to you.

@Dragonzuke I got in the game and spawned in police2. Still the vanilla buffalo appeared. Thanks for your help so far, I really appreciate it!

I have never seen this happen before. Have you tried to put it into patchday9 yet? If not, then try that out and see what happens

@Dragonzuke Well I have replace all of the police2 files within the patchday files so yes

patchday9ng is the newest location for all your vehicles until the RDE team updates it. 

I'm pretty sure it goes in to patchday4ng..
