It's still not fixed. For me (connecting from the US), the home page won't load. Times out. Other pages load with 0 static assets (no stylesheets, JS, or images). I can't upload anything through the site, but here's what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/sSEuy It seems to be a routing issue primarily affecting visitors from the US.

There are two ways to load up LSPDFR. You can either
 
1. Press F4 in-game and type "LoadPlugin LSPDFirstResponce.dll" (Or something like that, I don't have it open right now) 
2. Do what the video does above. To access that menu, press the gear icon when you see the Rage logo when it first starts up.

And what exactly is the issue? That message will always show up to just notify you those commands exist.

Let's be perfectly honest and fair here.
If people are allowed to release 1252894165 CVPI models that hardly look different from each other, I guess people are allowed to release map mods that ressemble each other a bit.
