I will probably utilize the fire truck lighting and see what I can utilize out of it

You have to hide the coronas if you want them all red and led.

Yes. For som3 reason the wheels are messing up. Once I get them working I'll make them the duallys

I would be happy to help you with setting up the lighting and hiding the coronas.

You should look into how the lights were created for this model: 

It's got like 5 side lights, a full LED light bar, grille lights, and rear lights on it, and they're all red.

Its because of the Firetrucks Light settings in the vehicles meta. All the coronas for the lights are red by default

Would like to keep everyone updated, I am working on the lighitng for the ambulance. Once I get that done it'll be released. Once I get my dev model finished, I will release ALL versions of the ram unlocked.
