So I've noticed that few callout mods and stuff have this thing RageNativeUI.dll and if I would install 1 callout and then 2nd one and the 2nd one would replace that RNUI.dll can that couse the 1st callout not to work?

Depends if they use different versions, look at the file sizes.

As Starmix said it depends on the version of RNUI they are using. If they all have the same version of it, it will work. If they use different ones it won't. (The way I noticed it you have to decide for either of those mods if they use different versions of RNUI. I've had a situation where Albo's mods were updated for the newly released version of RNUI but some mods haven't. Albo's refused to load with the older one, the others refused to load with the new version. In that case I'd wait for all mods to be updated, other than that everything will work.)

Please don't. Look at the version number.

As of right now all modifications are updated for RAGENativeUI.dll 1.3, so it shouldn't make a difference whether you copy them or not.
