    It was an actual livestream, from the police vehicle. (what I saw) and they were answering questions. That's literally what albo said in the OP lol.

    Actual videos streamed from their patrol car. It's being done as I post this - lights & sirens response call going on.

    It's not a full live stream it's on and off at various times, if you watch those video snippets you can subscribe to get notified when they go live each time.
