No, that would be illegal.

Ok, let me clarify it a bit for this guy since I think either A. He's super confused about the mod, or B. Just wants a cracked copy of the game....

LCPDFR is a GTA IV (That is a game) Modification for the PC platform, in order to play this modification, you must purchase GTA IV from a store, such as your local game store (CD Disc) or, on a downloadable purchasing site such as steam (Download), downloading torrented/pirated version of the game is frowned upon here and is not supported by the modification, the modification is FREE, the game though, is not, you must purchase the game, if you do not have the game, you cannot play the modification, end of story.

Hi Tom! How exactly do i make sure that my Common/Data directory is not read-only? Since some of my files are in Excel format. Please reply as soon as you can :)

Head to this location - C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommon, note this may be slightly different for you.

Right click the "Data" folder, and then select "Properties", ensure that the read-only box is empty and then click "Apply" and then "OK".

When you go to install LCPDFR, right click it and then select "Run As Administrator"
