LCPDFR/LSPDFR Mobile?

Featured Replies

So, this might sound like a somewhat stupid/silly question, but, has anyone done any sort of work on making a version of LSPDFR or LCPDFR for the Android or iOS versions of GTA San Andreas and GTA 3? All I have right now is a somewhat cheap Android tablet q_q and let me tell you, the amount of (good) police games on the Play Store is very much lacking... The best one I could find is a Russian traffic cop simulator that isn't even that great, all it has is a safety checkpoint mode and a mode where you chase down predetermined suspects on a pretty small map, along with absolutely atrocious traffic AI... One thing I do like about it though is it has a sort of simple reputation system where you can rank up by doing good things like fining people and catching them in pursuits but you can also do "bad" things like take bribes and let people who break the laws go. Maybe something like that could be implemented info LS(C)PDFR as well in a later version? :)

I'm not so sure about that, since I've seen modded APKs for games like Survivalcraft floating around occasionally... I mean I'm not saying it would be EASY, you couldn't just write a script or .xml or dll or whatever and put it in a folder, you would have to decompile the whole apk along with alot of assets and program files and extensively edit them then put the thing back together, but I'm sure it wouldn't be 100% undoable... Then again I don't really care about it too too much so I don't know why I'm trying to argue for it so valiantly, I guess I just like being stubborn sometimes :D

Modding is only possible on PC, so I'm sorry to tell you that won't happen.

That's not true; it's quite possible on devices in which you have full control over; e.g. rooted Android devices and jailbroken iOS devices. I myself have played around with the San Andreas Android version.

That being said; why would LSPDFR or LCPDFR exist on these platforms? There is no Android/iOS equivalent to GTA4/GTA5.

The mobile ports of GTA San Andreas and GTA 3 don't count?

Edit: Oh crap, Vice City is there too, you could make VCPDFR as well :D

That's a REMOTE mod not a full game for mobile. So no it won't happen. Please don't bump 3 month old topics. Closing.
