Hey guys take out your secondary callout dll and the ini file and it works again ,  so it must be something with the secondary callouts ? I hate to take those out since they are some of my favorites

Actually I do have Secondary Callouts... Are you sure about it? I totally agree,those callouts are pretty fine and would be a shame deleting that plugin! 

Secondary Callouts just recently updated and claims he fixed that bug. Hope that helps brother

I updated Secondary Callouts as soon as the author posted it but I still have this kind of problem,unfortunately :S!

all i know is i had the same problem with a patrol car just sitting in the middle of the road anytime i called for backup when in a pursuit and i took out the secondary callout dll and ini and now my backup works again

Well,I'll try it later. I have updated all callouts and I'll check later if I have the same issue. If I do I'll take out Secondary Callouts and I'll let you know if it works. Thank you for the advice :)

I'm also having backup problems, but in my case the backup doesn't even spawn in the first place.

I don't have Secondary Callouts, and I even tried removing Code 3 Callouts. I also removed Scripthook and an .asi trainer.
I've also tried replacing the backup.xml with the original.

I do have LEJS, but I didn't add it to startup.rphs so it shouldn't change anything.

Plugins that I run automatically: LSPDFR, CopHolster and MoreControlV.

yeah the only plugins i have are code 3 callouts . calloutv , police radio , arrest manager, traffic policer,  and arrest warrant callouts ,  as for the plugins i have ragetrainer v , breathalizer , vehicle search , ,  and passive radar , 

 

I removed secondary callouts because everything was working till i added that then once i removed it just the dll and ini it started working again, i still have the audio files but that didnt seem to change anything by keeping them

Fixed it. The problem was in the backup.xml after all. <Vehicle extra_1=true> must be <Vehicle extra_1="true">

Same!I tried without Secondary Callouts and backup works fine. I think that fiskey111 is already working on solving this issue so we can be able to play his amazing callouts again :)

heck to be honest i just downloaded gta last week so im all new to this mod stuff but once i saw a video of the lspdfr part i was like yep i got to download that ha , they need to make a real game like this ,  i think they would make good money with a law enforcement edition like this ,  but  now i have to figure out how you do the vehicle mods ,  i know this is off topic but do any of you know how to get access to the full map without actally beating the game ?  I only downloaded gta just for the lspd plugin but since i havent played any of the missions i cant get access to the airport and half the map is still shaded out ?

Well,I feel you and I totally agree with your thoughts on a nice police themed game! I don't know about a map mod but I can advice you to look for a complete save game (I don't know if someone can share it,though) . Anyway,we can discuss this on PM,to avoid getting off topic. Ok :)?

So I reinstalled LSPDFR and RPH and it seems to be fixed now.

I have taken secondary callouts out and the backup problem went away for me so for me those callout wont go back in until fixed.

For me, I removed Secondary Callouts from the plugins LSPDFR folder and I have had no backup issues since.

Fisky111 is currently updating this Callout package, and we should all be good to go after he does.
