I have searched the web for this topic but could not find anything so I decided to post here.

Every time I try to download the LSPDFR 0.3 Mod I get to the CAPTCHA page fine then when I try to download the MOD I get the following...

The connection has timed out

The server at cdn.rawgit.com is taking too long to respond.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I have tried this on IE, Firefox and Google Chrome and get the same result.  Is this a bandwidth issue?

I'm home on leave for the military and really wanted to get this downloaded before I have to go back so any help would be appreciated.

Same here, since more then a week i am uable to donwload LCPDFR * tried diferent browsers,download accellerators and so on but always same error download failed timeout.

Any chance to upload to a mirror? Mediafire,Mega or Torrent?

I was able to download using my cell phone data as a hot spot.  Apparently the website does not like Time Warner.

just an update I have tried to download the files on two separate computers at two separate houses 

I know there are posts about this topic already, but none of them seem to go into too much detail about the problem (and none of them seem to have been resolved.) Ever since LSPDFR 0.3 came out, it seems a lot of users, including me, can't seem to download it. I've tried everything I can think of including a number of separate browsers, deleting History, cache and cookies, disabling Anti virus software, disabling adblock, and accessing the file directly from Rawgit. None of the files, manual or installer, will download without crossing a network error. the one thing I have not tried is downloading from another network, which isn't possible for users who live in remote areas like me with only one network available.

TL;DR: I was wondering if there's a mirror of LSPDFR on a file uploading site aside from Rawgit, which seems to have a pretty bad track record of encountering issues.

There's probably an issue between your ISP and MaxCDN, you'd need to contact your ISP about that.

Alright, thanks. Just a question: I know you guys want to keep your files restricted to one source for many reasons, but is there any possibility of uploading an official mirror using another host? I know the host you guys currently use doesn't like a lot of ISPs for some reason. I understand not wanting to do that though. Regardless, I appreciate the help anyways.

You'll have to contact your ISP if the default download option doesn't work. There's no reason that you should be having issues with MaxCDN 

Please update the link..I'm having a problem with the download the lcpdfr mod..When i click the download button it downloads a .html file..

please help me...

i want lcpdfr mod for gta 5....I think above link which u posted is for gta 4...Link from your youtube channel is for gta 5 and thats where i'm trying to download the file...

here whats happening ....when i click the right side of "Download this file"....its showing Downoad terms...in which I click "Agree & Download"...then It takes me security cheks page...where I complete the security...and click "Submit" button ...but it download the ".html" file instead of mod file...

Please reply as soon as possible..
