Can somebody please help me, i have the retail version of the game, i have reinstalled the game, i have reinstalled the mod a billion times, i have done every thing in my power to install this fkn mod, i am going insane here, i have watched around 2 hours of videos to install the LSPDFR mod and how to fix it but it still wont work, i double click the RAGEhook and it does not open, i am desperate !!!!

Have you tried running the RagePluginHook.exe in Adminstrator mode

Yes i have, the problem that i dont understand is why it just wont run at all, i double click it and the admin thing pops up, i press okay, admin thing goes down and then nothing happens, it is really annoying me.

Strange. Have you got the most recent RPH update and GTA V update? I am having an issue where my game crashes on launch of LSPDFR

yes, everything is up to date, even the launcher, i just recieved the game yesterday and it updated

Hello there - Welcome, and thanks for trying out LSPDFR. We require all members to read the provided ReadMe and User Documentation before getting support. Please keep in mind that this is a beta version of LSPDFR - we cannot guarantee that all issues have been resolved. 

You can find the user manual in your LSPDFR Download folder. If you still have questions after reading the User Documentation, review the LSPDFR FAQ; http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/51162-lspdfr-frequently-asked-questions/. 

Ensure you have a folder titled "LSPDFR" and "plugins" in your root directory. 

• The plugins folder should contain the following; 
  • LSPD First Response.dll
  • A folder titled "LSPDFR"

Ensure that you are running a supported version of LSPDFR. As of 2016-01-16 ONLY LSPDFR 0.3 is supported - No LSPDFR 0.2 plugins are supported for LSPDFR 0.3 unless otherwise stated

-Okay, so i have installed the mod with all of the installers, and currently i am using the manual installer, i have installed Scripthook, i have installed the latest RageHook but i cant get ragehook to launch the game, or to launch while i am in game.

- I have tried almost every solution out there, i have watched videos that are supposed to work but people with the retail version seem to not be able to follow those instruction, or at least thats what they sayd in the comments.

-I am using a retail version of the game

-i dont have a RageHook log for some reason, unless you mean the Startup file, that says LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll".

-System specs are in one of the pics.

-I dont have any mods, i just got the game for PC 2 days ago.

Now i really need help, because i really want to play this mod, i played it in Gta Iv without problems.

Do you have a retail copy of GTA 5? If so Ragehook is asking players to stay on version 573 until he can release a proper patch for retail users. He's on vacation currently.

You might not have the requirements in order to run RAGE. Try downloading this:

(There are other requirements, but I can't access them because RPH has been down for weeks.)

yes i have downloaded the microsoft.net things

so i saw the twitter thing to revert to V.573 , i downloaded the thing, now when i run it, it keeps saying file GameBackup.rph is missing or something

Well first, when he posted that on Rage, it was for version 0.35 RPH which was causing retail users issues.  He then updated the site with the post updated Jan. 31 with the new version of RPH of 0.36.   This version runs on my retail game .617.  To revert the game back to version .573 you would have to disconnect your internet  when loading it to stop it from updating again.  Not really a solution in the long run.

In your screen shot, did you click yes to unblock?

the game got fucked so i had to reinstall , but the only thing in my plugins folder is what came from the LSPDFR thing and i have the c++ as well

and yes i clicked ,,Yes,, to unblock

So many people have this problem.  I am going to reinstall my game and do the set up entirely again and see if I can find this issue.

Please read this and follow these installation instructions, I've read every single reply and it's caused by ragehook not LSPDFR. 

1. Try launching again. The crash may have been a fluke.
2. MAKE SURE YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
3. Read the Readme.txt file.
4. Kill Fraps.
5. Right click all .exe and .dll files that comes with RAGE Plugin Hook, click Properties, then click the Unblock button.
6. Run RAGEPluginHook.exe as Administrator (Right click > Run as Administrator).
7. Uninstall any other mods that comes with .asi, .dll or .exe files (All, or one by one, to identify which one is causing a conflict).
8. Disable or uninstall anything that may interfere or otherwise modify the game besides RAGE Plugin Hook, including, but not limited to, anti-virus, anti-malware, Nvidia Shadowplay and other recording tools and/or overlays (Steam, xfire, etc.).
9. Make sure .NET Framework 4.6 or later is installed.
10. Make sure the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) are installed.
11. Make sure the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64) are installed.

dude, i have tried all of that stuff, it does not work.....

okay, wtf is going on with my game, i reinstall, try to launch and it is going to download itself ??? 

Mine did that, just let it download normally does it. I can help you on teamviewer if you have it? And install it for you? Just let me know.
