Im having similar issues actually. Do you have a detailed fix for it IckleKI? I'm an IT so I can probably figure out what you're saying if you got other instructions then what you've already posted.

Thanks m8

If you reinstalled the game, yes, its going to update again to newest version.

I just did a clean install myself, and it updated.  I installed my lspdfr files, overwriting, then my rph files, overwriting, and installing the scripthookv.dll and the native trainer.  Double clicked RAGEpluginhook.exe... took a few , and it popped up asking to unblock, said yes, then it took a few seconds, and ran its tests.

after you clicked yes to unblocking, are you saying it did nothing after that?

@Beattle No it ran its tests with all green check marks. I keep getting a silent crash. Essentially Story Mode loads as if RPH never existed despite the plugins being selected for launch as well as it being done in exec mode.

I had that before when I first started.

Did you make another copy of the game to run just for the mods, and one for online?

Sorry about the split posting Beattle. I'm continuing to post in this one just in case others find the solution in this thread.

To answer your question, I've made another copy of the game. One for online one for mods.

Ya, that will be a problem depending how you did it.    I will post here as I saw your other post incase this helps the other poster.

To do this, you need to mod the version you installed the game too.   ex:  for me

I installed game to E:/games/grand theft auto v

To mod it, I copied the original to another folder such as E:/other folder/grand theft auto v

Now my original is there in case I need back up.

I then modded the heck out the one from the folder from initial install.

Hope this makes sense.

Yea thats exactly what I did. However the fact that they are both under X:\Steam\steamapps\common might be an issue?

Then your going to have to do what was suggested in your thread.

is there some way u can do this for me, i am done trying

Something is stopping your rph from starting.  After clicking unblock it should run its test on your system.  If it is not, then you are missing something.  Should give you a warning your running in admin mode, then this should pop up: minus the error hopefully.

I might be wrong, just my feelings about it but if you are playing with "Grand Theft Auto V LSPDFR" that might be the issue?

The way I would do it is always using "Grand Theft Auto V". So that would mean changing the name of the folder according to what you want to play: Online or with mods. If you want to play Online leave it like this, when you want to play LSPDFR rename "Grand Theft Auto V" as "Grand Theft Auto V Original" for instance and rename "Grand Theft Auto V LSPDFR" as "Grand Theft Auto V". When you want to play Online again, rename the folders the way they are on your screenshot.

Where we're going, we don't need signatures.
