The problem is that at least from my look through, the free member access does not get you access to StopThePed, it gets you access to a single page which acts as a change log and a further paid subscription is required to access StopThePed, it's not clear nor stated that you can get it for free from the publicly available website which @UnknownBastion linked, most users would be under the mistaken impression that you have to pay, which is the purpose of the notification.

The message is there to inform users of that and prevent people from unknowingly paying for something which distributed for free through official sources.

Anyone else have an issue when calling for Code 2 or 3 backup in that the car with officers shows up and then they suddenly decide to leave on their own 15 seconds later? I remember they would stick around until dismissed, but now that never happens anymore. There's no problem with Code 99 -Shots Fired when everyone comes out as they all still hang around until dismissed, but other patrol backup is almost worthless at this point.

Navigate to your Directory, rename your mods folder to _mods and try again, if it works, your Mods Folder may be corrupted.

Resort to non-ELS vehicles. The only script relying on scripthookv is ELS, so if you remove and also scripthookv you should be fine. Just copy old ELS vehicle mod folder and back up your folders to quickly go back once it's released.

Thanks for your reply, the error I'm getting has nothing to do with the validation of RageHook as I'm not reporting RPH as the problem. LSPDFR and RPH is working fine. I have found that Khorio.common.dll and pdb were the issue. I would like them to work because xScanner relies on it. Until then I have removed all associated plugins and contacted Khorio on his discord server. Once again thankyou for your reply, I really appreciate it.

Can you confirm that RagePluginHook.ini exists in your main GTA5 folder, and that it is up to date?

Is this for any police station on the map?  

It appears that LSPDFR is loaded in as I can see the notification at the top left and I see the icon.   

Try this:   In game press  ALT + ENTER and see if you can get to Windowed mode,  now try to press E to enter station.  If that doesn't work,  Press ALT + ENTER key again to get back to Fullscreen and then try once more.   You can also try the main station at mission row at the locker room.

You might consider getting a trainer and turning on "Never Wanted" as the Police chief usually looks down on his new recruits having 4 bullet wounds actively bleeding all over his newly polished floors 😆

Salut a tous, je post ça car je voulais pas attendre la mise a jour de ScriptHook V. Le mod : https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/asi-support-for-rage-plugin-hook fait exactement la même chose mais est disponible et fonctionnelle directement. L'installation est simple : glisser juste le contenu du dossier installation dans votre jeu, a l'endroit ou ce trouve Gta5.exe et supprimer l'ancien ScriptHookV. N'oubliez pas d'activé le plugin dans RagePluginHook et vous pourrez faire fonctionné tout ce qui est script .ASI (Ex. ELS, simple trainer...)                         
!! IMPORTANT !! Ceci est juste une solution temporaire alors une fois la mise a jour de ScriptHookV sortie, supprimer le mod Asi Support For RPH et retourner sur ScriptHookV

What are your thoughts so far?

This plugin called "AsiSupport" by Pursuit converts ASI mods to work with RPH. It will work even after the game is updated, so it makes a good alternative to ScriptHook while we wait for it to be updated. Once ScriptHook is updated, it is advisable to install and use that instead.
 
Installation:
Make sure you have the requirements linked below installed. Download link: https://github.com/fr-Pursuit/AsiSupport/releases/ Copy the contents of "Installation" to your root GTA V folder. Load AsiSupport.dll with RPH (either through using the commands ReloadAllPlugins or LoadPlugin "AsiSupport.dll"; or selecting it to load in the RPH settings dialogue.) Your ASI mods should now be loaded. If it crashes while loading them, it's likely you are using an unsupported ASI mod.   
Requirements:
.NET Framework 4.6 Visual C++ Redistributable 2017 (x64) RagePluginHook, of course GTA V (why are you even here if you don't have GTA V installed?)  
Note: You will need to copy any ini files for asi mods to the AsiPlugins folder. This is especially important for Simple Trainer. 
Note: ScriptHookVDotNet is not compatible with this.

Brilliant, thank you so much for your help. 

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch.  You can change back to full screen once in game.

Quick update of my fleet - trying my home country as a theme for a while
 

The mods provided above only really affect AI officers spawned by the actual game. LSPDFR spawns it's own with it's own loadouts. Would be good if we could change that.

I think it would be great if after you die on duty, after the wasted screen, it would fade in, with you in the passenger seat of a police car responding to the location of your death.

Actually, it's in the CustomBackup INI file in the main plugins folder, not the XML file in the subfolder, and instead of "none", it would probably actually just be WEAPON_UNARMED for no weapon.

So Glad LCPDFR/LSPDFR was made i and so many of my friends are addicted to it.I used to be a console gamer, until i watched a video on youtube about lspdfr, i dropped everything and bought a gaming PC just so i could download and play LSPDFR, I can't thank the development team and the modders enough for the effort and time they have put into making this not just the best mod to GTA5 but the most addictive.

I use windows 10 has nothing to do with it. RageHook always places (Windows 10) in the log file, does same for me.
 
I've noticed your Albo Common is in a file of it's own, move it to the root directory or your plugins won't work and will cause the game to crash. 

Thanks for your reply officer19 I updated my graphic drivers and that fixed the problem! :) 

I think you can try to Re-install the plugins again and if you got a crash message you can post your log there .. if you can to check what is your problem :D
 
But if you have a problem with the game even when you removed the plugins so you can try to verify your game's files .. if you have steam version you can go to your game and verify your cache and if you have a retail version : Go to your shortcut icon then go to Properties then go to your target box and add this "-verify" without quotes this may help you if it didn't help you , you can remove everything related to LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook then ... Re-install them but you have to read Instructions of the Both :D

This is no supported way to do this, I can't imagine there will be in the future. Individual callout modifications can configure keybinds or other mechanisms to make this possible.

Yeah I ended up finding a trouble shooter here on LSPDFR and it helped me fix it... People need to get that it really works
