LCPD First Response Key Issues

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've been using LCPD:FR since .91 and after downloading 0.95 RC2, I've noticed that two commands don't work for me.

Calling NOOSE is normally Alt+N and the Taser is normally Alt+T. However for me, I need to press Ctrl+Alt+N/Ctrl+Alt+T.

Is there a way I can fix this?

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium.

Here's a diagnosis report:

  • Could you just move the two trainer files to another location, just to ensure it is not a conflict issue? You can move them back once we're sure the problem is not caused by SNT.

This is really weird. Please look into the FirstResponse file, which should be located in ..."your GTA 4 folder"/scripts.

There should be smth like this:

[CONTROLS]

PursuitAirSupport = Keys.F10

PursuitNooseBackup = Keys.F11

PursuitPoliceBackup = Keys.F12

PoliceBackup = Keys.B

NooseBackup = Keys.N

CPR = Keys.M

ExitPD = Keys.Back

GoOnDuty = Keys.P

Do You got same values?

Do not thread jack make your own thread, make it, post a diagnostic report from the diagnostic tool from

theres a line in the ini of the trainer, find this line KeyBindingsDisabled=0 change to KeyBindingsDisabled=1 and that should disable key bindings (excluding menu keys, ie f3, num 8 4 6 2 0)

did you save it? Try to disable keys through the menu in the options then, if that fails, you have something else conflicting, what other mods are you using?
