Exiting Vehicle Keybind Glitch?

Since the release of 0.3, my U key makes me exit my vehicle. When typing a name in the computer that has a U in it or just pressing U my character will just exit the car. I have my enter/exit vehicle key set to F and did not have this problem with 0.2 when typing in the computer or at any other time. This is also occasionally happening to my J and O keys if I press them while entering a vehicle before closing the door all the way. I know that there can be some conflicts with keys for plugins, but my U key is not in use at all in my settings. I removed all of my plugins to determine if one of them was causing the issue, but nothing changed. There's no ini that has the keys on it that I can edit and I'm not sure how to fix it. With what I've tried, the problem has to be coming from the new lspdfr or rph. I've looked through the forum to see if anyone else was having this issue but couldn't find anything. If anyone has any idea what's going on and how to fix it, I'd really appreciate it. Below is the last log and other relevant pictures.

I've noticed something similar as well. When I am driving away from a call, my character will randomly exit the vehicle. Not too sure what is causing it.

Seems to happen to me after i put a suspect in the back of the car, as soon as i get in and start driving my character stops and gets out. its rather rare that it happens though so not sure whats causing it.

Update: I was able to recreate this glitch reliably. When getting into a car if you hit the 'b' or 'n' key before getting all the way in he will get back out to go into the radio animation. I tend to open my 'N' key when I am getting into the car to set myself 10-8 before I get all the way in. Guess I just need to slow down.

It's one of those things though where sometimes you need to go fast. If a guy takes off on me I tend to jump in my car and turn my sirens on immediately, only to get out and stand there as he drives away.

After a traffic stop when i get back into my car i press always "J" to deactivate the siren. But i want to leave the lights on, cause i often bring the car in a better position out of the traffic to the side of the road and leave the car then again to search the other vehicle or or or...

Now in 0.3 my character immediately leaves the vehicle when i press "J" as long he is still in the enter vehicle animation.Now i have to wait a bit longer till he completely entered. In 0.2b this was not so.
