what is it?

I've been trying to find someone to rework the vanilla vehicles to be more like the LAPD? You know removal of the interior lighting and only keeping the roof lightbars and for the unmarked vehicles an LAPD slicktop/unmarked lighting setup.. 

I know it's quite a big ask but its only removing the vanilla lights basically

if its only removing the dash deck lights. then its no problem

im already planning on making a actual lapd slicktop/unmarked cvpi with proper lighting
