@Hibblejaybob @lukelam227 It's a known issue with OpenIV that is going to be fixed in its next version.

For now, rename the .oiv to .zip and install manually.

how are you even able to play with modded files in the main directory in the first place??? (it sounds like you have Steam version right??) if I put one file in the main folder it will throw an error saying corrupt game please reinstall simply because of that one file....  im perplexed at how you have that woprking

So I saw in some videos like by Jeff Favignano that when he uses EUP his characters till shouts commands and talks and such. When I use EUP my character is completely mute. Anyone know why and if it's a quick fix?

Use a trainer that allows you set your voice, and select a cop voice.

 

EDIT: spent some time in Photoshop with My EUP, and discovered the NOOSE SEP ID card thingy is missing. Guessing it got left out by accident?

Can you recommend me one? I used Enhanced Native Trainer which doesn't have that feature. Neither does the normal Native Trainer. I tried one called PCTrainer which did but it messed with some of my plugins.

I can not figure out the issue i am having, but my game was just fine until i added EUP+all it's addons (Tac, Winter, MyEUP) and now i always get a crash at "Loading and populating" game world. Any idea how to fix that?

Do you have RDE installed too by any chance?

No, not at the moment. Though I do have it and was gonna add it after i got EUP working. Also, i install all mods in mods folder made by openIV. I have skincontrol, scripthookV, scripthookVdotnet, AC130 (lets you call in a gunship and shoot it's weapons), enhanced native trainer, ragenativeui, albo1125 common, and stealth common for for scripts. I have LSPDFR, cop holster, keep calm, emergency strobes, police toolbox, arrest manager, traffic policer, safer chases, clear the way, and panic button for plugins. Well i found scripts left over from my old rde install (Noosepatrolfix, dispatchghostfix, and fivestarresponse) and deleted them but even that did not work. Everything works flawlessly til i add EUP or RDE, and boom, instant crash. My RPH is the latest, My GTAV is the newest, my ScripthookV is the newest. I can not figure out the issue :/

@SR0928 I think there are still remnants of your old RDE install that is causing your game to crash. Try downloading the latest RDE and place this gameconfig in /update/update.rpf/common/data/.

I had the exact same problem as @SR0928 and that gameconfig did the trick. Cheers!

 

Hi can someone advise why when I install the EUP it corrupts my GTA V directory, I follow the tutorial to the letter and it still corrupts, does this need a patch or does it not work with the latest version of RPH?

Please advise/help as I really want to get this working

either EUP or RDE is causing non stop crashing with my game. I've even uninstalled my mods directory and it's still happening. I tried the fix PieRGud recommended and no luck. Will not ever be trying this mod again. 

how would i go about adding the stetson style hat the default sheriff has?

Downloaded the latest RHP and ScriptHook

Loaded the game up and my other two plugins(Cop Holster and LSPDFR) loaded successfully

Somehow EUP 7.2 says has crashed on the bottem left side of the screen(above the mini map) once I've loaded up the game

I tried to reinstall the mod and made sure the line was in dlclist and updated RageNative to 1.4 as well

EUP just kept on crashing whenever I've loaded up into the game

Any solution to this?

more than likely alot of plugins will need to be updated to work with the new rph. the list of changes they have made is quite big. no doubt the cause
