  • I can confirm support for custom liveries per patrol will be added in the initial release

  • Looks like we're a go for the 25th release. Albo, has wrapped up the last piece of the puzzle - making coordinates gathering a whole lot easier. L.E.J.S. now has it's own built in coordinates sav

I really hope you can get it so that we can make a vehicle spawn with a specific livery. That would be amazing.

I already think this is amazing btw but I think that would be awesome too!

Just imagine, districts that spawn specific liveries or units. Dreams can be gold. :(=)

You can spawn/setup specific vehicles on patrolling certain areas. Livery support later down the line....

Would it be possible to set vehicles to certain liveries?

And would it be possible to set a general area for patrolling instead of a limited radius, like Paleto Bay?

I started working on such a script a few weeks ago, but never got around to finishing it. It is very similar to Sam's ALM in the sense that you can specify which liveries are applied to which vehicle, in which area, based on in-game areas/neighborhoods. I haven't done much testing, but it seemed to work with a couple of vehicles, so I guess you can say it's functional. But then I thought it would be weird to have LSPD officers get out of a patrol car with an LSSD livery, for instance, so I kinda put it on hold.

Now that I've secured myself a job, I might go back to it and implement a feature that lets you also specify which peds (and components?) are spawned in the vehicle, if the authors of this script don't beat me to it.

Sorry guys, I hope you'll excuse me for hijacking your topic.

As of now, liveries pre-selecting is something Albo is looking into. At the moment the script is more focused on being able to give the user the utmost control over what vehicles, what officers and how they patrol within the jurisdiction they created. However, there are factors such as the ambience and dispatch files that GTA V uses on creating senerios on dispatching law enforcement. I'm reworking those files as well, so that there is no room for random unwanted units from different districts.

So just to clarify, does this mean that I'll FINALLY be able to see Davis patrolled by the LSSD?  Also, will this script support the BCSO addition?

Create whatever division you want and the parameters (area of patrol) they should stay within.

Is there option included to disable the police/enemy blips from showing on the radar/start menu legend unless you are wanted?

Yes. The .INI file allows the user to select "blip" status.

Awesome good to know. The reason I ask is because our script forces specific blips to show a certain way. (mostly army blips but still)

Hopefully with that selected in the INI the two wont clash.

We put a lot of work into blips as you can see below:

No conflict. These blips (on/off) are regulated to the vehicles the script calls upon.

Great to hear :)
Again awesome job! Can't wait to check this out once released. Goodluck to you and your team!
