Not sure if it helps it crash faster or what which would suck because I like being MSHP & Sheriff in the desert.

I have had all problems sines the latest update.

I have tried spawning in the city and it crashes but not as fast. i spawn out in the desert and become a sheriff and once I drive a few feet it crashes. I tested all vehicle mods in openiv everything works fine. I get a chase out to the desert if im a city cop and like when I get near the sand boom out of game memory error but I can play with other mods threw openiv as much as I want calling unlimited cops, attacking peds vehicle spawns etc. Please help it has literally been nothing but a head ace from day 1 of the update and I have been trying mainly all day from that day.

I just played city cop for half an hour and no issues but I teleport out to sandy shores and dive a few feet and boom, "out of memory" error and ragehook crash. I re-start the game and start off as a sheriff in sandy shores, all is good until I drive a few feed then the same error. I have used different call outs and everything else to test it, its super odd and it sucks because I like being sheriff out there. Yea you are not the only one I am having the same problem. I even went and reinstalled the whole game and still did the same thing. I don't know what is going to happen trying to look for a fix and find nothing.  So I like working in the sand as well I really want some kind of help.

If you are running the game from an SSD, try what this guy said here:

"It seems like the source of my problem was a samsung SSD that was configured for "Maximum Reliability". That setting was screwing with the Virtual Memory settings in Windows 8 and was causing the game to run out of memory. I changed the setting to "Maximum Performance" and there were no more crashes."

I think you need a software called Samsung Magician Download link

Then go to System management -> OS Management -> click on Maximum Performance and click the "Apply" button.

What should i open it with?

Do you have an AMD card by any chance? Also how many plugins are you running currently? Have you tried playing with only the LSPDFR mod and without any third party plugins?

Sorry man, I can't think of anything else for you to try. I also couldn't find anyone else having this exact problem. So this error only started to appear after the latest GTAV update? 

yea I tried the same thing with the Vram and I got nothing as well. And I am using windows 8 this is really wired never had this problem till the last update. my in game graphics setting bar is still in the green use I am not going nuts. Bogdan did that Vram method work for you with no problem

Are you using OpenIV? and what plugins are you currently using?

No I don't have the issue you're experiencing. I simply read this topic and looked for possible solutions, some people where saying that the memory leak was caused by some SSD settings so I posted their advice for you to try. Too bad it didn't work for you also.

Did you mod .rpf files before or after the last GTAV Update?

It would get a memory error rarely before the update but after this update I cannot go to the desert or anywhere out of the city which is BS because I hate the city.
