I notice them often around big events in Detroit.

How are they supposed to signal people to pull people over without lights and sirens? With a gun, again? And people call the U.S. police aggressive.

Then go to System management -> OS Management -> click on Maximum Performance and click the "Apply" button.

I really hope GTA VI takes place in Vice City. It's one of the city Rockstar didn't do a remake for the HD Universe. 

How is this mod coming along? It would be awesome to roleplay turning on the snow mod, and driving down the road in a snow plow, too bad with the current snow mod tracks you can't actually push snow off the road, that would be cool, but either way just driving a snow plow in it would be fun! Great work, take your time, if you are still working on this I am very excited for it!

I have had a problem with GTAV crashing since the update last week. After many many hours of messing with the game I found the issue is in my mod file specifically the update file in the mod file. Has anyone had this issue and has anyone know a way of fixing it? The lesson I have learned so far is backup, backup, backup, your files when things are working good.

-are there ELS mods like before? No ELS yet :( but when there is I feel like it will be better then LCPDFR. Maybe a REAL working Traffic Adviser telling cars to move over now.
- what callouts have various (and possible realistic) callouts. Anywhere from possibly drunt driver to terrorist calls. Cool ones also like highway snipers & nude people lol.
- do I need anything more to run the mod itself (scripts hooks and stuff like before)? ScriptHook, RAGEHook, & LSPDFR(obv)
- anything that you would personally recommend to make the feeling a bit more realistic (not going too far with this) Real callouts, all you gotta do is read them. Make the in game replica vehicles converted to the real ones. Such as taking all the vapid stainers (fake CVPIs) and installing all real Crown Victorias. Quite a bit of real vehicle mods out there and most work and dont crash the game like LCPDFR so thats cool.
- will any of this "ruin" the savegame or anything like that (since it's auto updated and on-line all the time) It dont look like people has had an issue in the past but with this new update it is screwed me up for 2 days and some others for some reason. If your gonna mod it make a folder in the GTA 5 directory called "mods" as the tools will run off that therefore not hurting your real game & if for some reason you majorly screwed something in your mods folder up you can just delete that folder & poof your game is back to basic lcpdfr subtract the vehicle, charter & weapons(+other) mods you put in the mods folder.

970, the 980 is a great card but on average your only getting at most a 20fps difference. Their are only a few games out right now that actually show a better performance with the 980 for example metro last light, but not by much. The 970 will get you the 1080p 60 fps that your looking for, not to mention anything over 60 fps isn't noticeable and is kinda overkill. In closing, your paying on average of $200 more for a card that only gets at the most a 20 fps difference. :p
