I'm getting the same thing. One min i could connect then all of a sudden I get that code now. Idk what's going on with steam.

Everybody has it. Add -scOfflineOnly to your launchparameters and you should be good.

Launches Social Club in offline mode, therefor removing the need to login and connect to the servers. If you have Steam GTAV, rightclick on it in your Steam library, go to Properties, click Launch Parameters and copy/paste -scOfflineOnly. Launch game and enjoy the benefits of playing GTAV without connecting to the shitty servers everytime you want to play singleplayer.

    This got the game to start but now it goes straight to the "loading story mode screen" and gets stuck there.
