that sounds pretty good but you know the gangs are more located near the Los santos garage if you playing Franklin. If you can play sports with any character but its limited to what character you using. I'm going back through the game again because i didn't get the rare car. there are more side mission most are random if you just driving. make sure your virtual memory ( RAM ) is either 8 gb or 32 gb.

put nb_mega_pack.ini in the ELS folder and rename it to default_config.ini in the ELS folder. now in the ELS.ini make sure that settings are turn on. from this: [ POLICE ] Status = off File = default_config To this: [ POLICE ] Status = on File = default_config if you didn't rename the file it would look like this. [ POLICE ] Status = on File =nb_mega_pack _config And in the ELS folder would look like this if you didn't renamed it nb_mega_pack_config.ini

ahh now i know. you didnt add the ELS V7 Config.ini to the main els folder. i have that car pack. it comes with a config.ini which you need to change to the pacific name in the ELS folder. that probably why its not working. add the ELS V7 Config.ini to the ELS but then remane it,. you have to rename the config.ini file for order for it to work. for order for it to work you need to do this see how this is set -up [ POLICE ] Status = on File = default_config that the config file. ok what it doing is reading out of the ELS folder NB car pack config name is this nb_mega_pack.ini . what you need to do is change this nb_mega_pack.ini to default_config.ini. this is how ELS is reading the ini files that are in the folder. now if you using different mods that has different lights then you have to change them both in the folder and the ELS.ini. Say like you don't want to give up a car that you like but you have newer cars. all you need to do is go to the els and change it here is a example: nb_mega_pack.ini which was change to default_config.ini now if you just want it to be one car instad of default_config.ini now you have to change it to police_config.ini. then go to the ELS.ini and change it. so it goes from this. [ POLICE ] Status = on File = default_config to this. [ POLICE ] Status = on File =police_config

i'm just wondering if you have ELS enable cars and did you did you change [ POLICE ] Status = off File = default_config to on and also what car are you using.

yeap PC all the way it might take longer to get the games but the wait is worth it. Also with the PC if i need a part i can replace it myself without having to send it to the shop. Unlike the consolse if something breaks you have to send it off then have to wait for weeks to get it back. That what happen to me all my friends were on xbox and i had no friend on PSN. I do have a PSN thou but no playstaion.

did you delete enbseries.ini or enbinjector.ini

im going to wait for E3 more will be revealed. if it was up to me i just upgrade my PC.
