Try refreshing the page, or try it in a different browser.

If you aren't going to reply to the users helping you out with this issue, then why even post? Could you provide us with more information, such as what downloads it happens on, the screenshots requested above and what Browser you are using.

I don't use chrome I just got windows 10 and use the default browser and it happens on every download I have to refresh like 50 times

Alright, so you've tried a different browser, refreshed the page to check if it loads? Would you be able to get around to providing us with a screenshot of the page then, because I can't really think of any other reasons for why it is not displaying for you.

Do you have anything that blocks ads? It's possible something like ad-block might be giving a false detection on the security check.
