Liberty is working on one, won't be uploaded here due to him leaving FR but it will be uploaded on MU, its a FPIU pack including the 13 and 16 both slicktop and lightbar varient's.

Yes, I'm waiting for this, i'm in his discord and when I saw that I was amazed, but uhh, my question is does it have the Rap Around on the 16?

He plans to add the wraparound to both as the 13 explorer did have in some inner divisions, the only thing stopping him is the extras slots.

Can anyone give me some install directions?  It's missing from the read me. 

 

I'm trying to install the non els version and I can get the models replaced for police 3 but I cant get the lights to work at all.

hi, i've tried several times to install it on the patch3ng in the open iv application and it doesnt work so if any one could helpme to solve this problem i would appreciated so much

I think it's fair to say, Desmond has moved on and is no longer making mods for GTA anymore. 

any chance you can add a pushbar to the ELS version?

 

idk why this happened, im guessing new update really screwed up the file values? i just copy pasted the files (non ELS) as instructed and this keeps happening. i have used this mod before and when i play gta 5 again and installed this mod, this happened (this didnt happened previously)
