Suspect chases odd behavior

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I am not sure if this is a bug or maybe a dll causing this. Any chase i respond to, stolen vehicle / street race the drivers seems to flee which is normal however their speeds are quite slow. I recall in earlier versions being rather difficult to even keep up. I know they probably have been slowed down but what I see is unusually slow. Like 25-40mph and creeping through traffic like looking for a spot to park.

I do have traffic control, although I don't always load it. Also in a chase unless the suspect wrecks his own car is there a better way to end the pursuit without total carnage to both vehicles?

Thanks for any insight guys, using rage .24, latest GTA V, Windows 10, LSPDFR 0.2b

Edit: Secondly in GTA IV pitting and ramming the suspect lightly was possible and very realistic, in GTA V it seems no matter what speed or angle hitting the suspect is like hitting a wall in game. Almost feels like the fleeing car has a path that cannot be pushed off like the train or something. Is there any way to make the suspect car chases handle more like GTA IV?

I unfortunately do not have enough free time to answer every PM that I get. For issues with my plugins, please post in the comments section of the file, or it's forum thread. You'll get a much quicker response from me there than if you send me a PM; I do my best to respond to every question in the comments sections.
