Tracking Mode

It would be great to see a tracking mode feature for pursuits. By that I mean if a suspect you are chasing is driving too erratically or is too big of a threat you can call in a helicopter unit to follow him and then continue pursuit once he is an a safer area.

Uh... it's already there in LSPDFR. You call in Local Air Support Unit, and it will follow the suspect until you arrest the suspect.

True, but the AI cops will still (try and) follow the suspect closely.

Expanding on this idea, I'd like to see a chopper camera that tracks a pursuit suspect; it's used in one of the missions so it's possible it could be implemented.

Yes. What I thought of was that you as a chopper pilot would press a key to have the chopper autopilot like the AI pursuit choppers, while you switch over to the LSPD chopper camera. With a spotlight that would be amazing.
