Hey guys so I'm asking what the best handling mod out there is. Now in the mod I would like good deformation and realistic top speed. It doesn't have to work for DLC cars and air vehicles if did that would be nice, but if it doesn't I don't care.

    I'm not sure if it's the best one, but I do think this is the most detailed one. Sadly, it was abandoned so most DLC cars' changes aren't included.
