I'm trying to add the ASP Police baton mod, but the readme says I need SparkIV in order to install it. However, the only site I can find that has it is a high risk website. Do I need SparkIV to install mods or can I simply add the mod file to game files?

You can also use OpenIV but SparkIV is a little more user friendly I think.

I think you can do it without SparkIV but it would be harder than using SparkIV.

Actually, for me, OpenIV is much User-friendlier and easier - You will still need Spark for sound mods, though.

If your just using that, Spark IV, But that's just my opinion.
