When I play LSPDFR the police radio can get really annoying because it is so loud. Is there anyway to lower the volume (lowering the game volume doesn't help) or just turn it off completely? Thanks. 

The only way to lower the audio volume as of right now would be to use a sound editing software, and lower the volume of each file using that. This would be highly impractical, as there's hundreds of sound files, and you'd have to go through one by one.

Short answer: No. Hopefully they can add this soon.

Okay, but is there a way to just turn them off until you can lower the volume? 

You could try deleting the audio files. They're located at GTA V/LSPDFR/Police Scanner/

Just tried it. The game will crash when I receive a callout :/

So nice im not the only one who feels the same way. 

so far theres no way to lower the volume since there also to loud for me surprising over 5 years theres stull no option to lower the callouts volume
