I am very new to this type of thing never played LCDPFR always liked it but I am a novice inregards  to installing mods and have fumbled my way to getting things to work with scripts and things like that, so I would like to know if it would be possible to tone down the police response ie the constant ramming when asking for assistance or stopped and the police just fly through the cars like there not there its the only thing running the experience for me atm I tend to do everything on my own to stop the ensuing carnage lol.

It's a huge work in progress mate, the guys who make lspdfr possible do their best in every update to tweak all the negatives. At the moment you just need to sort of keep an open mind and to be fair i don't think the police ai ramming things and causing carnage is an lspdfr thing i'm certain that's just the ai in general lol.
