Guys could you help me out for a sec? when i'm playing my lightbar and strobes works correctly, but when i'm out of the car they don't work anymore... till i'm back inside the car xD

I sometimes have that problem. The lights fro me are still "moving" in the lightbar and ELS is still "on", but no flash effect. Try turning your siren off/and or TA before getting out.

I have tried IV with Sheriff Van Dyck. both of us cannot connect even accepting game invites. At this point I will wait for Rockstar to reply me

You have probably already heard of this, but try checking your NAT type, make sure ALL firewalls are turned off. 

If neither works, maybe try port forwarding but research first so you dont f anything up lol.

I have changed my NAT and firewall has been set to allow IV, EFLC and GFWL to run accordingly. Rockstar told me the same thing. I really don't why I can't connect with him. I am trying again later with Tim98

I have found that simply setting firewalls to "allow" never has worked for me. 

I just completely turn it off when I am on GTA. I wont be running anything other than that anyways during that time.

Afterwards, I turn it back on!
