I have a weird issue since getting LSPDFR to work with all the latest patches and what not. It is related to the feature as mentioned in the .2a update - "Suspects and peds should now be harder to kill".

I have already adapted my Pedhealth and weapon meta files, but now that I have LSPDFR working with latest rage and script hook. I find all peds are stupidly hard to kill. 

Its a bit game breaking to put a round in a guys head only to watch him get up again, take six rounds to the chest and then finally fall down dead. Is this meant to be like this with LSPDFR or is it because the feature with LSPDFR doesn't sit well with my already edited meta files?

If there is a way I can get rid of this feature? I would appreciate it. Return to more realistic fire fights.

On the back of that too, is it possible to tone down the pursuit of armed suspects?

I'd do it myself if I knew how, but I like realism and with this call out I tend to find unless I have godmode on or something stupid, the fleeing suspects are pin point accurate pistol snipers from 10 car lengths, firing as fast as automatic weapons. Its ridiculous how accurate the suspect are from a moving vehicle. 

Does anyone else have similar issues or am I just being picky?

when will the next update be released?? i am really really confused... everyone is saying that the latest verson of ragehook is working, NOW some people are complaining that its not working im not seeming to understand this issue... is it not working for RETAIL players or STEAM players? i am not understanding this. im installing all of these updates and i do not know which one to use prior to people stating that the latest update people installed still said its not working and ts crashing still for them. i have the retail verson of gta v and i need to find out which one i need to use as well as find out when the next update is going to be released.. i know everybody is working hard but im really getting confused here, somebody with the knwledge please describe what i need to do please and thank you.

prior to the confusion. do i need to have ScriptHook INSTALLED or do i NOT? i have used 0.92 and i have never needed to install scripthook, the only thing i install is scripthook dot net for the lights and sirens script that is it. so why do i need the scripthook for? i dont like using the trainer mods i just like using the rage hook control menu if anybody has answers for this as well please specify briefley please.

Everything you need for LSPDFR comes in the download.  The download now includes the latest RPH.  We will be releasing a small patch as soon as possible (likely tomorrow) which is compiled against this new version of RPH, and will include some small fixes.

people are saying that we need scripthook V in order for rhp to work but the only thing scripthook V does is installs a native trainer which conflicts with the rhp comand menu while pressing F4 so what is the purpus of installing ScriptHook V? JUST for the simple native trainer? or for other purpouses?

I also just saw an issue with the backup system, in that I would call for local backup and a chopper and everything was stable, only issue was, that when I called for backup they would say responding and all that and on the map it would show their blips, however they would just stay there and not come to my location.. just realized you released another patch today, I am downloading that and will see if that fixes it

ok so the good news is is i have no crash anymore when the game launches. bad news is, when i try to press F4 the command mode for RHP does NOT open, so, i have installed the LATEST version of this plugin which is RPH V0.20641.4077 ALPHA prior to that the F4 command menu does not open up, any tips please?

Wut? Your f4 command menu doesnt open but you say that you have the latest version and prior to that it hasnt open for you? So Does the console open for you?

No the console doesnt open, somebody told me to go to the rage hook ini and type command= F4

Sorry... it wasnt command=F4 he told me to go to the rage hook ini and put console key=F4 i havent tried that yet but ill be doing that as soon as i get on my pc. I dont know where the rage hook ini would be at though because ive never seen a file that says rage hook ini

With the next update, can we choose whether or not the weapons values are changed? I have already edited my weapons.meta file so tasers were no lethal but I also added smoke effects and tracers to certain weapons, however with LSPDFR running these are overwritten by LSPDFR. How can I stop or change this, or can it be an option with the next update? 

anyone know why it takes 100 shots to kill suspect...aferter last update.2a was fine ..well I think ..now I just about cant kill people once in a chase

 

Non lethal weapons (taser), because it is happening,peds have to much healt.. Sam said he would fix it in the next update, so waiting

Ragehook is barely used compared to mods making use of Scripthook, LSPDFR and a handful of other (mostly LSPDFR related) mods are here are about the only things I've seen.

the thing is at 1048am wednesday  sam said it would be fixed.... at 1148am wednesday there was an update...so ..hmmmmm

Im quite sure the last update was simply for stability with the new rage hook, so nothing core LSPDFR wise was changed. My guess is any changes to ped health and weapons will come in .2b or whatever they choose to call the next update. Patience chaps, I too look forward to the update as playing isnt as fun at the moment with uber peds.
